The EDU RoboMill integrates the precision of a Levil high-performance spindle with the power of FANUC industrial robotics and CNC control. This compact, mobile system delivers real-world experience in CNC machining and robotic automation, ideal for preparing students for Industry 4.0 environments.
At the heart of the system is the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control, complete with a full QWERTY MDI interface and 15" display. Students gain firsthand experience with professional-grade CNC tools and programming while working with industry-standard FANUC robots like the LR-Mate 200iD or LR-10iA/10.
The system fits within an 85” L × 31.5” W × 76.7” H enclosed mobile workstation and requires only standard 220–240V single-phase power and 90 PSI air—making it accessible to most classrooms or training facilities without major infrastructure changes.
